Product is good
I started taking NK about 2 months ago and noticed a nice improvement in my breathing on a ski trip at an altitude of 9,000 feet. Normally would be very winded walking up stairs or a slight hill but this year I had much less of an issue. Seems like I'm able to move more freely then in the past. Pretty pleased with the short term results.

I listened to a podcast that featured Gan Sasaki and he discussed the benefits of Serrapeptase and Nattokinase. (It honestly sounded too good to be true) I did some digging and found that he was with AST enzymes. I also found some white papers and clinical trials that backed his statements on the podcast. I went ahead and ordered a bottle of Serracor-NK and am thoroughly impressed with the results.I've been suffering from this crazy knot in my right shoulder blade for years. Physical therapy helped a little but insurance declined my practitioners request for more visits. I've been using my TENS/EMS device, redlight/NIR therapy panel, PEMF w/Heat, Massages, guasha, cupping and acupuncture to try alleviate the pain. The knot would get so bad that my right shoulder would droop at times.I didn't expect pain relief from the enzymes, I started taking them to try lower my blood pressure and cholesterol. After a week of taking Serracor-NK, my co-worker asked if I forgot my massage gun at home because he noticed I wasn't using it (I'd use it multiple times a day)(I have one at work and one at home) and I told him my shoulder wasn't bothering me, it then dawned on me that the only new thing I introduced was the enzymes. Either this stuff really works or this is the craziest coincidence or placebo effect EVER!The dosage I've been taking 2 first thing in the morning and 2 before bed.
I have found Gluten Relief Plus more effective for gluten sensitivity than Gluten Cutter brand-I don't think I would dare go out to dinner and knowingly eat gluten but I always take one before restaurant dining [even if the meal is GF one never knows]!

I have tried other products for my lactose intolerance and gluten sensitivity...they either weren't as effective, or I had to buy two separate pills to help both conditions. I like that it helps with dairy and all types of grains that have gluten. It has been a life saver! I buy this regularly!
