Shipping
All products are subject to availability.
Orders placed after 3 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be processed and shipped the following business day. All orders received over the weekend (Friday – Sunday) will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
Domestic Shipments
Orders are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) wherever possible. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
UPS shipping is available only in the contiguous 48 states. For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, additional charges may apply. Call (800) 608-1688 for additional information.
For faster delivery, orders can be shipped via UPS 3rd Day Air, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air for an additional charge.
The following shipping offer applies only within the contiguous 48 states:
For orders less than $99, AST Enzymes will ship by UPS for $7.95 (please allow 3-6 business days for delivery, depending on destination). For orders of more than $99, AST Enzymes offers free shipping.
International Shipments (Including Mexico & Canada)
All international shipments will be charged shipping costs calculated by destination. Payment is to be in U.S. dollars. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from www.ASTenzymes.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations after payment has been processed are not accepted after product has been shipped. Refused packages will result in refund of entire purchase price less a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.
Returns
AST Enzymes provides the highest quality products available and we want to make sure you are satisfied. Our products are manufactured under strict guidelines of cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). If you are not completely satisfied, return the unused portion within one year with a short explanation and we will promptly refund your money for the unused portion.

We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using insured mail for returns as we are not responsible for items which do not make it to our warehouse.
